About Spuma
We were born in 2020 from the world of catering, in particular from the restaurant ‘Una Finestra Sul Lago’ in Carate Urio, Lake Como. The idea to create Spuma came from the three under-30 founders Glauco Noseda, Nathan and Jacopo Martignoni. Their intention was scaling the three levers of the restaurant’s success: high quality cuisine, service excellence and a fresh and authentic experience.
We now represent a new frontier in catering and banqueting services. Besides the very high quality of the raw materials and of the equipment we choose, it is indeed our people and our capability to design, innovate and customise our service which sets us apart as caterers. . Moreover, our ability to share the vision with every collaborator allows us to create a motivated group of passionate and ambitious individuals.
