About VB Wedding Studio

I grew up in Milan. I've lived on Lake Maggiore for over a decade. I know which villa catches the four o'clock light on the terrace, which florist grows her own peonies on the hill above the lake, which families have been making wine here for generations.

I built VB Wedding Studio because I kept seeing the same problem. American couples would fall in love with Italy and then spend months trying to plan a wedding inside a country they didn't understand — different timelines, different business customs, different assumptions about how a day should move.

They needed someone who thinks the way they do but operates where they can't.

That's what I do. I run the entire planning process and every piece of logistics around it , venue, vendors, contracts, permits, guest travel, hotel blocks, restaurant reservations, welcome dinners, transportation, and day-of execution for multi-day celebrations.

My home ground is the Lakes District of Northern Italy,  but I can work across the country through partners I've chosen personally and trust completely.

I take very few weddings a year because I work every one of them myself.
