YOUR CEREMONY WITH US

Our services are based on the premise that every ceremony is unique.  We work with you to build a meaningful script, personalized by adding elements that reflect your relationship and give meaning to your coming together in marriage in Italy.  You receive access to our extensive library of past ceremonies and material for inspiration. We assist you in deciding on readings, music, and special additions you may have in mind like handfasting, lighting a unity candle, or sealing your vows in a wine box.
We offer guidance for writing your promises to each other and coach you to deliver them smoothly.
As you may have guessed, creating your ceremony is a gradual process. We offer our full availability for unlimited email and scheduled online video correspondence to support you.
Our gift to you after all your hard work is a beautiful symbolic wedding certificate handwritten on Florentine parchment paper, which we all sign at the end of the ceremony. This seals the memory of your Italian wedding and makes it everlasting.

HOW WE WORK

All correspondence with us is through email and online video calls.  On your wedding day, we arrive on location an hour in advance to set up, liaise with event staff, talk to musicians for cueing and confer with photo/video staff for special moments to capture.  

Every couple receives:
• A complimentary online meeting before committing

• Unlimited correspondence on email or online video calls

• Creation of a unique wedding ceremony script

• Access to our online library of sample material for inspiration

• Guidance and assistance for writing personal vows and choosing readings, rituals, music

• Coaching for personal vows

• A pre-ceremony online run through of the script and coaching for choreography
• A professional wedding officiant who is fluent in English and Italian

• Up to 3 hours in attendance on your wedding day

• A keepsake, symbolic wedding certificate in Italian handwritten on parchment

We charge separately for:

• Rehearsal management and attendance
• Personalized box with fine Italian wine for wine ceremonies
• Personalized vow booklets
